Due to the hygiene‑sensitive nature of medical apparel, all returns are subject to strict inspection and approval. Items that do not meet the criteria below will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns and the return instructions. If you need a return or exchange, please complete the Return Form so we can discuss a replacement.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within two (2) days of delivery.
No exceptions beyond this timeframe.
👗 Exchanges 👗
Exchanges are permitted only for the same item in a different size or color.
Please contact us. Our team will help you find the perfect exchange.
🌿 Strict Eligibility Requirements 🌿
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
** 100% unworn (trying on briefly is acceptable; wearing for a shift is not)
** Unwashed and free from all odors (including perfume, smoke, food, or detergent)
** Free of ALL marks, including makeup, deodorant, lotion, lint or pet hair
** In original packaging, with tags fully attached and unaltered
** Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
Any item failing inspection will be rejected.
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items (Strict Enforcement) 🚫
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
** Final‑sale or clearance items
** Customized or embroidered uniforms
** Compression socks, under scrub tees, PPE, lab coats or base layers
** Items showing ANY signs of wear, washing, stretching, or damage
** Items with odors, stains, or missing packaging/tags
** Bulk or group orders (10+ items) unless defective
📦 Defective or Incorrect Items 📦
Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
Photos may be required for verification.
Once approved, we will communicate next steps to ensure a replacement or refund is provided.
📝 Order Changes & Cancellations 📝
Orders may be modified or canceled within six 6 hours of placement.
After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
